Western Dental Gives Back to Families This December
December is always the time to come together, and this year was no exception. Throughout the month, Western Dental had the privilege of partnering with the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) for community events centered on connection, care, and giving back to families during the holiday season.
On December 18th in Santa Fe Springs, Los Angeles, doctors and staff came together to support families through donated toys, dental kits, resources, and free dental screenings. The event created a warm and welcoming atmosphere filled with smiles, conversation, and moments that reflected the true spirit of the season.
Beyond the gifts and resources, the day focused on creating an environment where families felt supported and cared for. These events provide an opportunity to connect directly with the community, offer guidance, and share resources that promote long-term oral health and overall well-being. Meaningful interactions like these remind us of the importance of accessible, and community-focused care.
Working alongside DCFS throughout December showed the impact on strong partnerships and what can happen when organizations come together with a shared purpose. Each event served as a reminder that collaboration allows us to reach families in meaningful ways and extend support beyond traditional ways.
Western Dental is grateful for the opportunity to continue building this partnership with DCFS and for the dedication of everyone who helped make these events possible. Looking ahead, we’re committed to supporting the communities we serve and finding new opportunities to make a positive and lasting impact.
